📦 Shipping
Q: Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to Canada and the United States.
Q: How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days before shipping.
Q: How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
Q: What if my item is damaged or defective?
If your projector arrives damaged or not working, contact us at projectornexus@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with photo or video proof. We’ll issue a full refund or send a replacement.
Q: I received the wrong item or something’s missing — what now?
Email us with photos and your order number. We’ll fix the issue by sending the correct product or processing a refund.
Q: What if my order never arrives?
If your tracking number hasn’t updated for 60 days (or 45 days for U.S. orders), we’ll issue a refund or resend your order.
Q: My tracking says “Delivered,” but I didn’t get it.
Please check with your local post office and request a non-delivery certificate. Once you send it to us, we’ll issue a refund or replacement.
Q: Can I return my projector?
In most cases, we do not require returns due to high international shipping costs. However, if you prefer to return your item, we can provide a return address. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
Yes, if your order hasn’t been processed or shipped. Note: Orders for Print-on-Demand or pre-order items cannot be canceled after payment.
