Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy for any reason, we’re here to help. Please review the policy below for details on returns, replacements, and refunds.

📦 Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly offer a full refund or replacement. To be eligible:

  • Submit photo or video proof of the damage within 30 days of delivery

  • Email us at projectornexus@gmail.com with your order number and supporting evidence

🔄 Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive the wrong item or your order is incomplete:

  • Send clear photos of what you received

  • Notify us within 30 days of delivery

We will issue a refund or send the correct item at no additional cost.

🚚 Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order:

  • Has no tracking update for over 60 days (or 45 days for U.S. shipments)

  • Is confirmed lost in transit

You are eligible for a refund or reshipment. Contact us with your order details at projectornexus@gmail.com.

📬 Marked as Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows your package as “delivered” but you didn’t receive it:

  • Contact your local post office to request a non-delivery certificate

  • Email us the certificate and your order number

Once received, we’ll process a refund or send a replacement.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled for a full refund only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Please note: Print-on-Demand and pre-order inventory items cannot be canceled after payment.

Sample orders are non-refundable.

🔁 Returns

In most cases, returns are not required for refunds or replacements due to high return shipping costs. However, if you prefer to return a product, we can provide a return address upon request. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.
